Submit the online application form along with required documents including previous academic records, recommendation letters, and the application fee.

Depending on the grade level, students may be invited for an assessment or interview. This helps us understand their academic level and learning needs.

Families will receive admission decisions by the notification date. Accepted students will receive an enrollment packet with next steps.

Complete the enrollment process by submitting required forms and the enrollment deposit to secure your child's place at Cambridge Academy.

Common questions about our admissions process

Students should turn the appropriate age by September 1st of the enrollment year. For Kindergarten, children should be 5 years old. For Grade 1, children should be 6 years old. Each subsequent grade adds one year to the age requirement. Our main program runs from Kindergarten through Grade 8, with academic support available for Grades 9-10.

Yes, we accept transfer students throughout the year, subject to space availability. The admission process remains the same, and we work to ensure a smooth transition for the student.

We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio of 15:1 in kindergarten and primary school, and 18:1 in middle school, ensuring personalized attention for every student.

Yes, if a grade level is at capacity, qualified applicants are placed on a waitlist. Families are notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
